About Me

  • Education & Involvement

    I am a fourth-year Cognitive Science student at the University of Georgia pursuing a minor in computer science and two certificates in computing and new media. I am a member of Alpha Omicron Pi, Lambda Sigma Chapter. I am also part of the NMI Club, UX Club, Yoga Club, and Student Government Campaigning Team. I have experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Swift UI, and Java.

  • Interests

    Outside of school, I enjoy thrifting, reading, and trying new local restaurants and coffee shops. I love hanging out with my friends, and football season is my favorite time of year! Go Dawgs!

  • Goals

    After completing my undergrad, I would like to further my education by pursuing a master’s program related to AI, HCI, or UX/UI design. Career-wise, I am open to many different options but want to focus on jobs related to design, development, and user experience. I am interested in HCI research as well. There is so much to do in the world of AI and I am just trying to gain as much experience as possible along the way!

Summary of My relevant Classes

  • Learn the fundamentals of native application development for a variety of platforms with a primary focus on Apple operating systems.

  • Design, develop, and code advanced interactive web products that function effectively across multiple platforms through continued study of front-end web development.

  • Algorithms, programs, and computing systems. Fundamental techniques of program development and supportive software tools. Programming projects and applications in a structured computer language. Hands-on experience using microcomputers.

  • Basic topics of scientific computing that are necessary for science and engineering students. Solving mathematical problems by different numerical methods. Quantitative reasoning concepts will be emphasized in comparing and verification of the correctness of the solutions. Mathematical software packages will be used. This course is intended for freshman and sophomore students.

  • Software development techniques in an object-oriented computer language. An intermediate programming course emphasizing systems methods, top-down design, testing, modularity, and structured techniques. Applications from areas of numeric and non-numeric processing and data structures.
